- Each AIA Prestige Club member has a privilege to claim 2 tickets of Tottenham Hotspur football match per year or per 12 months membership. Other costs beside these 2 match tickets are not borne under AIA.
- This offer is only available for Tottenham Hotspur’s home-game fixtures of English Premier League which take place on Sunday basis and in Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, City of London, United Kingdom, and between August of current year to May of next year.
- You may follow below instruction to utilize this privilege:
- For your better experience, please send your inquiry with email subject [Spurs Match Ticket] including your name and date of birth for the identity verification and share your travel information as well as your companion (if any) to kh.aiaprestigeclub@aia.com 2 months prior your flight departure.
- You shall be informed through email about the updated status of your inquiry within 14 working days, whether it’s a successful reservation or not. The confirmation of successfully reserved tickets is normally completed closer to the date of the match
- Upon your match tickets are successfully reserved, you shall receive another email directly from Tottenham Hotspur regarding to your E-tickets.
- The match tickets are not exchangeable to cash or other form of offer, and AIA reserves the right to retrieve the match tickets in case you cancel your trip for whatever reasons.
- The match tickets are limited to a certain circumstances, so the First-Come-First-Serve Rule shall be applied, and there is no guarantee that you will always get the match tickets.
- The use of the match ticket is subject to the respective terms and conditions of Tottenham Hotspur club.
- This privilege cannot be transferred to other beside the eligible member of AIA Prestige Club. This privilege is subject to the terms and conditions of AIA Prestige Club.
- Any privileges offered by AIA Prestige Club, and/or the partner(s) and/or service provider(s) of the relevant privileges may be changed, suspended and/or terminated by AIA without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, AIA's decision shall be final and conclusive.
- AIA reserves the right to change or discontinue AIA Prestige Club at our sole discretion with or without prior notice.
- In the event of inconsistencies between the English and Khmer Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
