Important Notice
- Each AIA Prestige Club member is entitled to a birthday cake or cookies, personalized by AIA, from Butterfly Patisserie by Rosewood Phnom Penh within member’s birthday month, once per year.
- Member living in Phnom Penh shall receive a birthday cake, while member living in province shall receive a box of birthday cookies.
- The birthday cake or cookies shall be delivered by member’s servicing Life Planner on member’s preferred appointment schedule within member’s birthday month.
- Member has the right to reject this entitlement, or this entitlement is automatically discarded in case member does not confirm the preferred appointment schedule or is not reachable within the valid period, one-month prior member’s birthday month.
- The birthday cake or cookies is not exchangeable to cash or other form of offer.
- The birthday cake or cookies is produced by Butterfly Patisserie by Rosewood Phnom Penh, which AIA does not bare any responsible in term of the its taste and quality. AIA shall accept the feedback and covey it to the vendor if any.
- In case member changes the original appointment schedule to earlier, the readiness of the birthday cake or cookies shall be confirmed by the vendor. In case member changes the original appointment schedule to later, it must be within member’s birthday month.
- This privilege cannot be transferred to other beside the eligible member of AIA Prestige Club. This privilege is subject to the terms and conditions of AIA Prestige Club.
- Any privileges offered by AIA Prestige Club, and/or the partner(s) and/or service provider(s) of the relevant privileges may be changed, suspended and/or terminated by AIA without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, AIA's decision shall be final and conclusive.
- AIA reserves the right to change or discontinue AIA Prestige Club at our sole discretion with or without prior notice.
- In the event of inconsistencies between the English and Khmer Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
