Medical Examination

As a member of AIA Prestige Club, you can enjoy priority service experience having your medical examination at VIP lounge provided by our hospital partners at your choice.

1. “Medical examination” refers to the medical examination required by AIA as part of underwriting procedure and this is subject to the requirement of your purchased plan or certain circumstances.
2. You may follow below instruction to utilize this privilege:
   1. For your better experience of this VIP privilege, please inform your Life Planner about your preferred hospital and schedule at least 1 working day prior.
   2. Affluent Relationship Manager (ARM) will work with your Life Advisor and your preferred hospital to welcome you on the day of your medical examination.
3. This privilege cannot be transferred to other beside the eligible member of AIA Prestige Club. This privilege is subject to the terms and conditions of AIA Prestige Club.
4. In case of additional medical examination or health check-up other than those required by AIA Cambodia, the Company will not be responsible for the cost incurred.
5. Any privileges offered by AIA Prestige Club, and/or the partner(s) and/or service provider(s) of the relevant privileges may be changed, suspended and/or terminated by AIA without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, AIA's decision shall be final and conclusive.
6. AIA reserves the right to change or discontinue AIA Prestige Club at our sole discretion with or without prior notice.
7. In the event of inconsistencies between the English and Khmer Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
