- Each AIA Prestige Club member can enjoy the privileged discount and VIP privilege from our partnered hospitals per above mentioned only.
- You may follow below instruction to utilize this privilege:
- For your better experience of this VIP privilege, please contact to your preferred hospital at least 1 working day prior to your visit date.
- Kindly inform to the hospital that you are a club member of AIA Prestige and state your purpose of the visit.
- Once you arrive the hospital, please present your virtual AIA Prestige Club Card to the receptionist and he/she will escort you to the VIP lounge for further services.
- The costs of relevant services and/or products shall be borne by the members and shall be determined between the members and selected hospitals.
- The health check-up and other services or products are provided by selected hospitals, each of which is an independent third party. AIA makes no representation, warranty or undertaking as to the quality, and shall not be responsible, for the services provided by the selected hospitals.
- Any dispute arising from the services or products under the above privileges shall be resolved by the member and the selected hospitals directly.
- The use of the services is subject to the respective terms and conditions of the selected hospitals.
- This privilege cannot be transferred to other beside the eligible member of AIA Prestige Club. This privilege is subject to the terms and conditions of AIA Prestige Club.
- Any privileges offered by AIA Prestige Club, and/or the partner(s) and/or service provider(s) of the relevant privileges may be changed, suspended and/or terminated by AIA without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, AIA's decision shall be final and conclusive.
- AIA reserves the right to change or discontinue AIA Prestige Club at our sole discretion with or without prior notice.
- In the event of inconsistencies between the English and Khmer Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
